Paid tickets and getting paid

What you need

Paid tickets and promo codes are part of the Full package. Visitors pay by card or FPX online banking.

Where the money goes

Buyers pay EventGen. Once Stripe settles each ticket, it is paid out to your own Stripe account: the ticket price less Stripe's processing fee and the EventGen ticketing fee of 0.5%.

To be paid out, connect a Stripe account — we send you the link, and Stripe asks for your business and bank details. You can sell before it is done; your money waits with us and goes out as soon as Stripe clears the account.

Finance, in the console, shows every order's fees and whether it has been paid out.

Refunds

Refunds are made from the order in the console, and return the EventGen fee on that order too.

Stripe keeps its processing fee on a refund. A refund after the order was paid out is taken back from that payout; anything it cannot cover comes off your next payout.
