Choose and pay for a package

How it is priced

You pay once per event, when it goes live. There is no subscription and no limit on events, exhibitors or registrations. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Your organisation's first paid event is at the first-event price, which the package page shows. Full is quoted for each event: choose Request a quote, and we email you a price and an invoice.

If your organisation has event packs, choose Use a pack event instead. One event comes off your balance and there is nothing more to pay.

Steps

1. 1Open the event, then Settings → Setup & packages.
2. 2Choose a package, use a pack event, or request a quote for Full. Changing your mind before paying amends the same invoice — you will not collect a trail of abandoned ones.
3. 3Pay by card, or by bank transfer quoting the invoice number.

Upgrading later

You can move up at any time and pay only the difference between the two packages. Moving down is not possible once a setup is paid — talk to us if your plans change.
