The visitor passport and privacy
What a passport holds, who sees it, and the rights a visitor has.
What it is
A passport is one account per visitor across the EventGen events they attend. It fills in later registrations, keeps their points and passes, and records the consents they gave.
Who sees what
An organiser sees what visitors did at that organiser's own events. An exhibitor sees a visitor's details only when the visitor agreed to share them with that exhibitor.
A visitor's rights
Under the PDPA a visitor can see and export what is held about them, correct it, withdraw consent and ask for erasure. The visitor app's Settings has the download, the consent controls and the erasure request; for anything else, email support.
