Data retention and exports
Three months free after the event, extended in blocks, then archived.
How long we keep it
Attendee data is kept for three months after an event ends, free. You can extend it in blocks of months, paid once for as long as you need.
When it runs out
We send three reminders — 30 days before, 7 days before, and on the day — then allow 14 days' grace. After that the personal data is archived and removed; the event, its totals, its money and its reports stay.
Exports
Registrations, attendance, leads and money export as CSV from Reports at any time.
