Lead capture for exhibitors
Exhibitors scan visitors at their stand and export qualified leads.
What you need
Lead capture is part of the Full package and only works for an approved stand.
How it works
- The exhibitor opens Scan in their workspace and scans a visitor's pass.
- If the visitor agreed to share their details, the exhibitor gets a lead with contact details; if not, the scan still counts toward the stand's footfall.
- Each lead can be marked hot, warm or cold, given notes, and exported as CSV the same day.
