Door check-in and badges
Scan passes at the door, print badges, and keep going when the wifi does not.
Steps
- Open the event, then Check-in, on a phone or tablet at the door.
- Scan the QR code on the visitor's pass. The count updates as you go.
- Print a badge from the check-in screen if you use them.
Working offline
If the connection drops, scans are queued on the device and sync when it returns. Keep the page open until the queued count reaches zero.
